Whenever we've posted Al Gore news in the past, it's usually gotten a
pretty positive response. He's our former Vice President; he's won the Nobel Peace Prize (and a
Primetime Emmy Award); and his 2006 documentary An Inconvenient Truth was praised worldwide
for raising awareness about global warming.
But in 2007, Gore was criticized by the Tennessee Center
for Policy Research (TCPR) for using 20 times as much energy in his household as the average household; and
in 2008, the TCPR argued that Gore actually consumes 10% more energy after his home's
"eco-friendly" modifications.
Last week we posted an article about Al Gore encouraging
America's youth to protest against coal-fired plants that aren't effectively eliminating their carbon
output...and we got quite the negative response from you on Bill Clinton's former VP. So we have to post a
poll because I really want to know...just what do you think of Al Gore now?
