Will Smith's Legendary Prequel

Will Smith has signed on to star in the prequel to I Am Legend. Since they killed Will off in I Am Legend they had to do a prequel or a ghost story. Since Warner Bros grossed an estimated $584 million on the film they had to figure out some way to capitalize on it's popularity.

Honestly, the original film was great. I saw it at the theater and was very happy that I wasn't at a drive in. Locking the doors wouldn't have been enough. If you haven't seen the film the most disturbing thing about it is that it's totally plausible.

What I can't figure out is how they're going to create enough tension and suspense to carry a prequel. I mean, we know how it ends. Right?

Anyways, we'll have to catch the flick when it comes out just to see if it lives up to I Am Legend. Which means it won't have to be all that great because people will watch it no matter what.

So what's next? A prequel to the prequel? All I hope is that they pay Will enough to get a new suit. That one's making my eyes cross.
