If you thought online dating sites were the last word in finding a mate then guess again. Hookupmaps.com is combining Craigslist Casual Encounters with Google Maps and finding your nearest prospective date.

You go to the site, state your preferences and select a city. It'll pull up a map with numbered hearts. Click on the heart closest to your location and you can read the ads posted for that area.

In Washington, DC there is someone looking to go skinny-dipping in a hot tub, someone doing a social experiment and somebody who wants to go to the zoo.

You can check out the site without logging in but if you actually choose to hook up with somebody it's free to login. And there are no pesky ten-page personality profiles.

Anyways, you're more likely to find a one-night stand here than a soulmate. But at least they're up-front about it.
