Tyra Banks Burns Bras For Sweeps Month

We're sure this really had nothing to do with sweeps month (snarf) but Tyra Banks took to burning bras on The Tyra Banks Show that aired today.  Her and a group of women with nothing but brassieres on - which, didn't that kind of defeat the whole purpose? - took a bunch of bras and threw them into a burning trash can outside.

It also appeared that Tyra was the only one wearing a coat.

Ever notice that when there are Tyra Show episodes where women are throwing away their jeans (to try on new ones) or stripping down to their bras and panties, Tyra is usually the most covered up?  I mean, that's not really fair.  Yeah, she had that lingerie party thing last year where she wore undies, and that one episode were she got really mad and threw on a swimsuit to scream at the tabloids...but lately it seems her guests are doing all the stunts.

Look, I'm all for equal rights for both genders, believe me.  But why drop our bosoms and invite a bad back?  Wouldn't it be more constructive to, perhaps, bust in on some of the many, many companies that don't provide equal pay to women instead?

Maybe that wouldn't bode as well with FOX.
