Lance Cpl. Travis M. Stottlemyer of Hatfield, Pennsylvania died on August 17th
during what the Department of Defense (DOD) labeled a "non-hostile incident" in Manama, Bahrain. He
was just 20 years old.
Cpl. Stottlemyer was assigned to the 3rd Fleet Antiterrorism Security
Team Company, Marine Corps Security Forces out of Norfolk, Virginia.
No further details are
available at this time, but the incident is currently under investigation. Please keep Travis' family,
