In Memory Of Staff Sgt. Timothy H. Walker

Staff Sgt. Timothy H. Walker of Franklin, Tennessee died on November 8th in Baghdad, Iraq
when an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated near his vehicle. He was 38 years old.
Sgt. Walker was
assigned to the 64th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division out of Fort Carlson,
Colorado.
Of his many awards during his 18 years in the Army, Timothy had the Purple Heart, Bronze Star,
six Army Commendation medals, and the Meritorious Service Medal. He was a medic and this was his second tour of duty in Iraq.
