Oh, no, no, no, no no. This is
the kind of clip that is almost morbidly horrifying to watch, but at the
same time you want to watch it because you're glad you are not one of
these people. Two women - Barbara Baskin and Jamie Robin (no
relation to the ice cream brand that we're aware of) - that call
themselves "The McCain Girls" went on Geraldo At
Large today and sang a song they call, "It's Raining McCain."
One of them is wearing a dress that looks just like the medieval number I
picked up for Halloween a few years back.
And the other one is dressed like
Morticia Adams...what is going on? Someone needs to tell
them that it's "veteran" and not "vet-run." The women both have
MySpace pages that call themselves "Folk Rock" singers from New
York.
You know, I don't recall Geraldo Rivera inviting the Ron Paul
Calendar Girls on to give a pose or sing a
ditty.
I mean...God Bless John McCain, Amen, Hallelujah...on the
news?! These chicks think God wants the candidate who is the most
gung-ho about war? I'm going to stop myself right here before I
write something I regret.
