The half life of uranium is 4.47 billion years and it's possible that fruitcake runs a close second. Pierre
Girard has a fruitcake that he claims was baked before the Titanic sailed.
It was allegedly found during an estate sale assessment. It was sitting on a shelf in a box and "Xmas cake
Baked in Dec. 1911" was written on top.
Anyways, if you get a fruit cake for Christmas, don't eat
it. You never know how many years that thing has been regifted and evidently they will survive for at least
95 years.
