Super Tuesday Primary Poll
Tuesday, February 5th,
2008

Today is Super
Tuesday!!!! And the Care2 Super
Tuesday Primary poll we've been bugging you about voting in is
now closed, and the results are in! Care2 hosted this Super Tuesday
poll to find out who users of Care2 (an environment-, animal-, political-, and
generally people-friendly News & Petitions site, who does not endorse
any candidate, nor party; and one of the few places we trust) thought would/should win the Super Tuesday
Presidential Primaries.
Are you ready? Out of an
outstanding 11,394 votes (each user is only able to vote once),
Barack Obama won the most of your votes, with
34%. Hillary Clinton was number 2,
with 26%. John Edwards would have been #3,
at 17%, but he dropped out of the race after this poll
opened. Therefore, Ron Paul was in at #3 with
15%
of the vote (just 11% behind
Hillary!). John McCain and Mitt
Romney were tied for #4 at 3% of the
vote.
Whoah, that was a jump.
Mike
Huckabee was last at 2%, and Rudy
Giuliani, who also withdrew after the poll opened, scored
1%.
Not surprising: people are
definitely mad at the Republican Party. The winners were the two
candidates from the Democratic Party (and the Dem that dropped out), and
the one Republican candidate who has said that the Republican Party needs to be
punished.
Do you think Super Tuesday's primary results will match
up to
Care2's?
