A continuation from Part II,
we've received another reply from Sprint regarding customers' privacy.
Dear Connie Talk, Thank you for contacting
Sprint. I understand your frustration and discomfort regarding civil liberties and
the basic tenets of human freedom.
The previous representative definitely meant to
say that we do NOT share information with OUT prior authorization from our customer. I
apologize for the (frightening) mistake.

I like Matt's e-mail (although flattery certainly never hurts). Let's hope he works his way up the ranks over there...they could
certainly utilize both his intelligence and love of liberty!
