Rosie O'Donnell's Coming Back To Daytime!

There have been rumors going around for quite some time now that actress and comedienne Rosie O'Donnell is going to make her comeback to daytime television. After talks failed for Rosie to star in a primetime deal with MSNBC late last year, there was still a buzz that Rosie would be doing something with NBC.

And now, she IS!

On her blog last night, Rosie hinted at a confirmation by replying to a fan, "I think tomorrow they tell ya...the hot shots."

And so they have. Entertainment Weekly is reporting that the ink is drying on a new contract for Rosie to do at least one hour-long variety show, to air live on prime time on Thanksgiving Eve, November 26th.

Rosie has long said on her website that she'd like to do a variety show. Rosie's Variety Hour will test to see if there's an audience for Ro's standup monologue, celebrity guests, musical acts, comedy skits, and huge fan giveaways (for both in-studio and at home audiences!).

Mark your calendars! It's going to be beyond awesome, I officially predict.
