Ron Paul Update
Monday, May 12th, 2008

We were totally shocked at the overwhelming
response we got on this month's article, The Obama-Paul Dream Ticket. It quickly shot to #3
on our Most Read articles of the month, but the most surprising part of it
was the poll response: about 500 of you voted, and 86%
of you said that if you could vote for Democratic candidate
Barack Obama and Republican candidate Ron Paul
on the same ticket, you would (as opposed to only 14%
of you who said you would not).
It is exceptionally
encouraging that the American readers have much more of an open mind about
politics than our own Parties and our media do. We have so much
pride in and hope for the future of American politics - because of
you!
The results are all in for
the Indiana and North Carolina primaries: though Ron Paul came in second
place to John McCain, Paul won over 71,000 votes, and according to the
Paul campaign earned the support of over one million more supporters
across America. On the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton is the
projected winner in Indiana and Barack Obama the projected winner in North
Carolina.
Ron Paul's latest book, "The Revolution: A Manifesto" was
#1 on Amazon.com's bestseller list for days upon its release, and is
expected to hit #1 on the New York Times Best Sellers list for May 18th.
