The mainstream media follows the
campaign trail of Senator John McCain every which way
from Sunday - including his political opportunism on
the anniversary of Martin Luther King's death yesterday - but
since the National GOP and the Bush Administration have announced that
McCain won the necessary amount of delegates and is the "presumptive
nominee" - and, let's be honest, since the beginning of this
race - the MSM has ignored Ron Paul's campaign trail
entirely.
Thanks to a great grassroots Youtuber, we have some coverage for your
viewing pleasure of the packed crowd at the University of
Pittsburgh yesterday. Ron Paul is still continuing his bid for the
Republican nomination in order to spread the message of constitutional
government and personal freedom, take the GOP back to its traditional
roots, and continue the grassroots political activism that his candidacy
has inspired, as his campaign announced yesterday.
You'll never see any of this on MSNBC or CNN - or anywhere,
really, besides blessed public broadcasting channels and mediums - so
we're giving it to ya'.
Intro:
(To skip to Ron Paul's
introduction, just move the slider to
3:12.)
Paul will be at Gettysburg
College at 11:30 AM ET on Friday, April 11th (his alma mater), at Penn
State University that day at 5:30 PM. (You can find more details
here.) ConnieTalk is
going to try to attend at least one, so stay tuned!
As a
sidenote, ConnieTalk is putting together documentation &
video of the speaking times allowed to each GOP candidate for every
nationally televised Republican debate from the very first
(beginning May 2007). If you have solid verifiable data on the
granted talking times to contribute to our statistics, or know where to
find it, please contact us or leave a link in our comments
section! It's a lot of work and we appreciate all the extra help
we can get! Thanks!
