Poll: Will You Watch Tonight's Presidential Debate?
Tuesday, October 7th, 2008 by Connie T.

Tonight, Tuesday, October 7th at 8:00 pm CDT (9 pm EST) is the Presidential
debate at Belmont University's Curb Event Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Tom Brokaw
will be moderating between Democratic candidate Barack Obama and Republican candidate
John McCain.
The debate will air on NBC, but, as past debates have been, will
probably be seen on all of the major network channels simultaneously. With just 4 weeks left until election day, analysts say John McCain has the
most riding on this debate, as he is currently behind in the polls.
Last time we
did a pre-debate poll, it was regarding the Vice Presidential debate between Gov. Sarah
Palin and Sen. Joe Biden, and 72% of you voted that you would be tuning in live. So
what say you this time? Are you tired of the politics yet, or are you getting the popcorn
ready? It would be nice if they covered some of the very specific, pertinent issues
tonight.
It really is beyond ridiculous that Ralph Nader, Bob Barr,
Chuck Baldwin, Cynthia McKinney, and Alan Keyes are not allowed into
this debate. They are all running for President, too; and instead of hearing all the same
old smack talk between just two choices, we should be demanding more options. Wouldn't it
make for a much more interesting debate, too?
