How Did The Beijing Olympic Games Get Their Logo?

will make no sense to you, unfortunately :-( Image via OmgLog
There's hardly a day that goes by, as you know, that I don't complain
about the Olympics. Because I resigned myself to boycotting
the event for the lack of morals surrounding this Summer's Games in Beijing, I'm stuck
with only the occasional clip - such as that of Hungarian weightlifter Janos Baranyai
popping out
his elbow (I do not suggest clicking on that link) - on YouTube or Google Video, and I miss
everything else.
I don't get to see the swimming competitions, nor the Volleyball, nor the
Gymnastics, all of which I normally love to watch.
It's a small price to pay, however,
to stand up for those in China, Darfur, and Tibet whose rights are being violated on a daily
basis. They might not have a voice, but one less TV rating for every person that has
pledged to boycott - and there are many -
is certainly a message worth sending.
