Nick Hogan To Be Sprung Early

It's more than the 82 minutes Nicole Ritchie served, and longer than
the four hours Khloe Kardashian spent in jail...but then again, they didn't permanently
incapacitate anyone.
Nick Bollea aka Hogan was sentenced to serve 8 months in prison
for driving under the influence, crashing, and putting passenger - Marine John Graziano - into
a coma from which he still hasn't awakened. But People
Magazine was told by a jail official that Nick will be released early, on October 21st.
He will have served five of his eight-month sentence, having received credits towards early
release for good behavior.
"It's standard procedure," John Graziano's lawyer, George
Tragos told People. "There is no way for us to impact his release date, that's not
within our control. It's a formula worked out by the sheriff."
