Nick Bollea Files Lawsuit From Jail For Emotional Duress

Nick Bollea, aka Nick Hogan, is of course still behind bars for his August car crash that put Marine John Graziano into a coma. But there's new news on the subject: ABC Action News just reported that Nick's attorneys have filed a civil lawsuit against Pinellas County Sheriff Jim Coats, claiming Nick is being "forced to endure solitary confinement." Um, welcome to jail...it happens! Especially when you're a minor serving time in an adult facility, as Bollea is. And Sheriff's officials say Nick is being housed as he should be.

The other point of contention is that Nick's phone calls from the slammer are public record, and ABC played a call between Nick and his mother Linda Bollea Hogan (soon to be ex-wife of Terry "Hulk Hogan" Bollea).

The suit says that this is causing Nick "extreme emotional distress."

After the audio was leaked (well, not exactly "leaked" since it's public record), Linda spoke to Nick in jail and she said, "Hey! Frickin' ABC News put us on! I told you me and your dad were visiting you and they sent the video surveillance thing of me and your dad talking to you and I thought that sucked royal! Everything's public record. Is nothing sacred anymore? Everyone's out for the money."

Sucked royal? Weirdo alert! No, what sucks royal is that Nick is filing lawsuit(s) from jail and that he can't just deal with the 8 months like a man! Do the crime...do the "frickin'" time!
