Detroit Democratic Mayor Kwame
Kilpatrick swore under oath that he had no affair with his former
chief of staff, Christine Beatty - he was charged with perjury and other offenses today
over lying about it; and given a "stern lecture" about the importance of
telling the truth.
Pundits weigh in: Why doesn't America care that 4000 soldiers have
died in Iraq? "Four thousand troops have died so far in

The FBI said today that it has identified and recovered
the remains of two kidnapped U.S. security contractors in
Iraq, who have been missing for over a year. Ronald Withrow of
Roaring Springs, Texas was kidnapped Jan. 5th of '07, and John Roy Young
of Kansas City, Missouri was kidnapped Nov. 16th, 2006.
Kelly Rowland, formerly of
Destiny's Child, has released a solo Digital-Only Album called "Ms. Kelly: Diva
Deluxe." "The tracks on Diva Deluxe are too hot to hold
onto," Rowland said. "So I decided to release them digitally so my
fans could get into them as soon as possible. I hope everyone enjoys
the new songs as much as I did recording them."
