dumped a quadriplegic man Brian Sterner from his wheelchair after he was
arrested in Tampa, Florida over a traffic violation warrant (here's the damning
evidence that was circulated worldwide) was jailed herself, and
then quit. An internal affairs investigation is still ongoing.
