NBC Brings Reruns To A New Level
Thursday, May 1st, 2008 by Esmerelda

NBC
will be streaming full episodes of vintage shows on various websites. Ads
and all.
Some of the shows you’ll be seeing are Battlestar
Galactica( the original one), Kojak, Miami Vice, The Alfred
Hitchcock Hour and The A-Team.
Some of these
shows are currently airing on cable stations. It looks like we may be able
to watch them on both mediums. The idea is to take the huge library of
content they have and use it to capture a Web based audience that may
otherwise never have seen them.
The shows will be running on NBC
owned websites only so check out SciFi.com, ChillerTV.com and
SleuthChannel.com to see what they’re offering. I guess reruns on demand
beat regularly scheduled reruns
anytime.
