Mr. Potato Head's Starring Role

The word on the street is that Mr. Potato Head will be playing a much more substantial role in the upcoming Toy Story 3. This film will focus on what happens to the toys after donated to a daycare when Andy leaves for college.

Actor Don Rickles is the voice of Mr. Potato Head. I love Don. While the younger generation only knows his voice from the Toy Story movies, I remember him from all of the sitcoms he's been on. Don has appeared every thing from Gilligan's Island to Tales from the Crypt.

They've also cast Michael Keaton as Barbie's main squeeze, Ken. Quite a step down from the Caped Crusader. Or not. Ken may be a real hunk of burning plastic man in this movie.

Anyways, it'll be out June 18,2009.
