Mickey Mouse Invades Russia

In 2009 Disney is slated to broadcast the Disney Channel for free (yes FREE) in
Russia. If this takes place as planned then Disney will be the only US media
company with a full time brand name TV channel there. They'll show some original
Russian programming as well but the base will be all about Disney.
I know that they are trying to expand the Hong Kong Disneyland in order to draw
more visitors. And it makes sense that they are marketing to Russia and China
now. Before long there won't be a child in the world who can't spell Mickey
Mouse no matter what language they speak.
Anyways, I'm wondering what
they'll think of Americans after a few episodes of Hannah Montana, The Suite
Life and perhaps a viewing of High School Musical.
