Gnarly! Surfers Attack Paparazzi

Hee hee! There's like a surfer mafia out there, man. Instead of yelling "shark attack," people are going to start yelling "surfer attack!" Matthew McConaughey's girlfriend Camila Alves is due to pop out their first baby any day now. So naturally, Matthew was off surfing on Saturday afternoon (because they make waterproof cell phones, right?), when a 29-year-old paparazzo showed at the Malibu, California beach looking to score.

Then as-yet-nameless pap was taking pictures and reportedly trying to film McConaughey, and when a large group of surfers near Paradise Cove told the photog Matt didn't want to be filmed, a conflict ensued.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told the AP that "There was apparently a fight, and the photographer gave a statement that he received injuries."

TMZ and X17 both apparently have footage of the incident. Which means they were probably part of the paparazzi problem. Wasn't Ken Starr going to tame these rabid "pap packs?"
