Marijuana Plane
Crashes
In
Jamaica, Both Passengers And Weed Flee
Tuesday, February 26th,
2008

In Clarendon, Jamaica yesterday, a plane
crashed into the woods near Salt River, and burst into flames. When
police arrived at the crash scene, they found a charred, smoking
plane, a couple of bricks of marijuana, and a
big empty spot where the rest might have been.
Somehow, the passengers on the aircraft
were not only able to escape from the smoking wreckage, but
reportedly took the rest of their ganja, too!
Well, there goes the
hippy dippy bonfire.
According to the Jamaica
Gleaner, police guess that what's now being called a "drug
plane" was attempting to land on an airstrip by Rocky Point port.
They also said there are strong leads that most of the marijuana on the
plane was saved before the plane caught fire, and "might be
hidden at locations in the Salt River area."
How come stuff like
this doesn't get to happen around here? We need to hire a
videographer in Jamaica.
Save the ganja, mahn! Let's get
otta ere!
