Justin Timberlake to perform
in the Middle East Sunday, October 28th, 2007

Justin Timberlake is going to Abu Dhabi for
his first Middle Eastern concert ever, this December. His show
will take place at the Emirates Palace Hotel on December 6, 2007, his
first concert in the United Arab Emirates and the final concert for his
FutureSex/LoveSounds tour.
The concert will take place on the grounds
in front of the hotel, and about 10,000 are expected already, according
to Sheeraz Hasan, the founder of Dubai.tv. Tickets went on sale on
Thursday.
Abu Dhabi has provided the set for the
new thriller The Kingdom with Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Garner.
Laura Bush was also just in Abu Dhabi at the Sheikh Khalifa Medica
Center...too bad Justin didn't coordinate his trip with her. Could
you imagine him in the middle of this picture?
Justin's a do-gooder in his own right, I
like him. He kicked off the Australian leg of his world tour at
Brisbane's Boondall Entertainment Centre by making a $100,000 donation
to the late Steve Irwin & family's Australia Zoo.
I kind of can't picture him performing
FutureSex/LoveSounds in Abu Dhabi, though. Is that
allowed?
