Sgt. Jose E. Ulloa of New York City, New York died on August 9th
in Sadr City, Iraq from wounds suffered when his vehicle encountered an improvised
explosive device (IED) in Sadr City.
He was assigned to the 515th Transportation
Company, 28th Transportation Battalion out of Mannheim, Germany.
Ulloa was a
Sergeant at just 23 years old.
