Update: John Graziano's Father Files Suit

Peter Musante, John Graziano's guardian has filed suit against the Hogan family today. Defendants are Hulk (Terry Bollea), Linda and Nick.

Danny Jacobs, driver of the Viper Nick was allegedly racing with is being named in the suit as well. Danny previously pleaded no contest to reckless driving charges. His driver's license was suspended for 90 days, he paid a $500 fine, served 25 hours of community service and was on probation for 90 days.

George Targos, one of Musante's attorneys, did not disclose the exact amount of damages but expects the number to be in the millions.

John Graziano is in a semiconscious state. His frontal lobe was removed. He responds to heat and light and has breathed without the assistance of a ventilator. The cost for his care has already exceeded a million dollars.

Last month the Enquirer reported that they were expected to sue for $20-30 million. They also stated that Linda Hogan had been paying for the condominium that Debra Graziano, John's mother, had been staying in. This came to a halt when Hulk cut off Linda's support payments.
