Close
Friend Of John Graziano Speaks Out; Hogan's PreTrial Hearing Coming Up
Sunday, January
27th, 2008

EsmereldaSays - a pop culture blogger friend of ours -
has an exclusive update story on John Graziano, the Marine who was
permanently injured in the August car crash with Hulk Hogan's son, Nick
Hogan (nee Bollea). Mike, a close friend of John's, recently
returned to the U.S. and wanted to set the record straight about
John.
"I agree that no one should be able to just walk away from
something like this the way Nick may be seen to be walking away from this
in the public eye...Now the posts people are making about wanting Nick to
be burned, this is not something John would want to happen. John had
been riding with Nick in these Supra's for years and shared the same
feelings on driving fast and racing," Mike told EsmereldaSays.
He
sent her a lengthy and heartfelt post that seemed to concur with John
Graziano's own family's statements that John probably would not have
blamed Nick for what happened.
"[John] is still in a coma till this
day. I believe it's been nearly 205 days. He opens and closes
his eyes daily, but still cannot talk. John is my brother in arms
and we can only hope for the best," Mike said.

Well, just because John was a wonderful person with a huge
heart, does not mean that Nick Hogan should be able to evade the
law.
We wish John the best and for God to assist him with his
recovery; but the legal system is required to prevent future accidents
like this from happening, when the driver of the accident was at
fault. And though we believe Graziano was a brave and honorable man,
we know that street racing is both illegal and
dangerous.

Nick
Bollea's (aka Hogan) pre-trial hearing is on February 6th, 2008 at 8:30
AM. If you do (or don't) believe Nick should be prosecuted for the
incident, you
may contact The Office of the State Attorney (Sixth Judicial Circuit
of Florida, Pinellas County), who is prosecuting this case. Or, you
can even show up for the pre-trial hearing in Courtroom I here, if you're in the area.
We believe we were
extremely successful in our How To Make A Difference section on this
page, when the prosecution was stalling on Bollea's case.
Also,
keep it here for updates including the Judge assigned and what went down
at the pre-trial hearing.
UPDATE: Information on this case has been
updated. Please view & bookmark Celebrity Justice: Nick Bollea page for the latest!
