In Memory Of Cpl Jessica Ann Ellis

Cpl. Jessica A. Ellis of Bend, Oregon, died on May 11th in Baghdad, Iraq
from wounds suffered when her vehicle encountered an improvised explosive device
(IED). She was assigned to the 2nd Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 2nd Brigade
Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) out of Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Jessica attended college in Bend, and later became an Army medic in Baghdad. She
enlisted in the Army in September of 2004. Ellis was just 24 years old when she
was killed.
