Idaho's Primary Proves To Be Ron Paul's Best State To Date
Wednesday, May 28th, 2008

The great State of Idaho held their primary yesterday, and guess
who got his best voter turnout yet? Republican presidential candidate and Congressman
Ron Paul! Paul scored 29,741 votes in The Gem State: 24 percent.
Paul only had the chance to make one trip to Idaho - in April - but almost a
quarter of Republican voters in Idaho were loathe to put rival candidate Senator
John McCain on the ballot.
Idaho loves civil liberties: they are also
one of the States that still let you
have a cigarette at the bar!
Jesse Benton, one of Ron Paul's campaign
spokespeople, gave this statement after the Idaho Republican primary: "Dr. Paul's
grassroots supporters in Idaho and across the country are doing a tremendous job
spreading our message, winning votes and laying a strong foundation for the future."
Our state's primary has long since passed...but we're still rocking our
Ron Paul bumper sticker large and proud! Don't give up, Idaho...fight for those
delegates!
