Howard K. Stern says he's broke

I was hoping Howard K. Stern would lay low, crawl back into the woodwork after the whole Geraldo at Large incident, which to me was a real reveal that Stern really did play a role in the demise of Anna Nicole Smith.

But this month he's decided to talk to Us Weekly magazine, and tell them - he's broke.

"I am in debt and basically broke," Stern, 38, told Us Weekly.  "There's this impression out there that I am somehow making money off of Anna's death.  It couldn't be further from the truth."

Yes, and I'm sure he didn't run and stash any of Anna's fortune, which he had full control over, in the Caymen Islands (somewhere near O.J.'s account, perhaps).

Us Weekly also says, "Stern has filed a $60 million libel suit against author Rita Cosby for alleging in a book that he engaged in homosexual acts with the father of Anna's baby Dannielynne, Larry Birkhead. But due to 'juggling' more than a dozen other lawsuits, Stern says he owes his parents 'hundreds of thousands of dollars.'"

I don't feel sorry for Howard at all.  Do you?
