In Memory Of Captain Gregory T. Dalessio

Captain Gregory T. Dalessio of Cherry Hill, New Jersey died on June 23rd
in Baghdad, Iraq from wounds suffered in Salman Pak, Iraq when his patrol encountered small arms
fire during combat operations. He was 30 years old.
Capt. Dalessio was assigned to the
2nd Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division out of
Baumholder, Germany.
His family was presented with the Purple Heart, Bronze Star,
and Combat Infantry Badge at the close of the funeral service. Gregory was the oldest of eight
children. Please keep his family, friends, and fellow soldiers in your thoughts and prayers.
