Pamela Developing US Made Products

Pamela Anderson revealed that she is working on the development of a new array of products that meet all the qualifications of helping the environment, animal protection, and American manufacturing. It's about time someone did this - and we don't ever want to hear you say Pam is a dumb blonde!

"I'm in the process of developing a line of 100 percent natural, green, conflict-free, cruelty-free, made in America products," Pamela said. "But I'll tell you the hardest part and the most expensive part has been trying to keep things made in America! People have even refused to work with me because of this."

Tell us about it! Can she add toys to this product list, too, please? And we are so not looking forward to another Christmas rooting through a million potential gifts until we find those not Made in China. Go on, get activist-y and try it - it's pretty much impossible now.

Pam's first venture is a line of sun care body oil, all natural and made locally.

"I absolutely want to give back," she continued. "America is the dream. And the example." Though Pamela is Canadian-born, she holds both American and Canadian citizenship and expressed her belief that new President-elect Barack Obama will "make things less hard" for people of all economic backgrounds.
