Remembering Frank Sinatra
Monday, May 19th,
2008

One of our favorite Italian-American
personalities - Frank Sinatra - passed away ten years
ago last week. On May 14th, 1998, a decade ago Friday, Francis
Albert Sinatra died at age 82 in Los Angeles, California. He was a
singer, an actor, a producer, a director, and above all, a
legend.
In celebration of his life, Turner Classic Movies is
presenting a look at over 40 films and rarely-seen musical specials by
Sinatra, called "Frank Sinatra: The Man and His Movies." No one is
paying us to tell you about this, which means we're truly
fans...
You can watch an installment every Sunday and
Wednesday this month on the TCM channel.
And at TCM.com, you can view photos and trailers, download an
embeddable video widget Mood Machine, and even win a shot at a Sinatra
Party Kit.
Ah, what a fabulous way to celebrate Ol' Blue
Eyes!
We miss ya', Voice.
