Dennis Rodman allegedly being
investigated for sexual battery

Dennis Rodman is being investigated by the
Orange County Sheriff's Department for alleged sexual battery after an
incident at Hennessy's Tavern near Laguna Beach, or so says
TMZ.com. They cite a source as saying Rodman slapped a woman
in the butt, hard enough to leave a "major mark." Jim Amormino, a
spokesman for the Sheriff's department, told TMZ that "Officers did
respond to an incident involving a man and a woman. A police
report was taken, and is currently with the sex crime unit of the
Sheriff's department." They did not confirm whether or not the
suspect was indeed Rodman.
We checked the crime bulletin and press
releases on the Orange County Sheriff's Department's website, but there
is nothing posted regarding this incident. We didn't leave
unamused, though - check out their press bulletins:

If Rodman is the one the Sheriff's
Department is looking at, it wouldn't be the first time he's been in
trouble with the law. He was arrested for Felony Burglary in 1979,
Drunk Driving in 1999, and assauslt in 1999 after an altercation with
Carmen Electra (his then-wife).
