Dennis Rodman Out On Party Bail

Dennis Rodman was out celebrating his birthday in Las Vegas over the weekend, just weeks after his release from an overnight jail stay in California.  Rodman was arrested over a domestic dispute on April 30th in which Los Angeles police say he injured another person.  ESPN reported this month that Dennis is being accused of hitting a woman at an LA hotel.

So now - out on $50,000 bail - Rodman, who just turned 47, hit up Hawaiian Tropic Zone's Torrid Nightclub at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, where he spent Friday night smoking cigars and canoodling with comedian Scott "Carrot Top" Thompson.

Does it really make sense that, after being arrested for a violence charge at a hotel, he's able to just hop over to a neighboring state and go on hanging out at another hotel, before his ordered court appearance?

Dennis was booked for felony domestic violence in CA, and prosecutors say he's being charged with spousal battery (sources say the woman was his girlfriend of 4 years).  He has just 3 days left until he's due in court - May 22nd - and he's facing a maximum of 36 months in jail, one year of probation, domestic violence counseling and a protective order.
