I've officially felt myself up already for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Have you?

More than 80% of breast cancer cases are discovered when a woman feels a lump. Women in the United States have the highest incident rates of breast cancer in the world. But in the last few years, the number of deaths from breast cancer have declined, and much of this is attributed to preventative care and early detection.

So please make sure you are doing regular self exams, and that you're spreading the word to your loved ones to do the same!
