Strike One For Bigfoot Finders

Rumors of there being a breed of giant hairy Sasquatch (aka Bigfoot)
running around forests in the Pacific Northwest have been circulating since the 1800's. Some
swear up and down that Bigfoot is real, while others compare these myths to that of the
Loch Ness Monster or even alien life. The two men, Matthew Whitton and Rick Dyer, who recently claimed to have found
the corpse of Bigfoot - which they still maintain they are storing in a freezer - already
have at least one strike against them, though.
What did they do?
They lied about their video interview
with a Dr. Paul Van Buren who claimed he was a shocked and "shaken" scientist that had
witnessed Bigfoot's body, of which he had "never seen anything like this before."
Dr. Van Buren
was actually Matthew Whitton's brother, and not a scientist (nor Doctor) at all.
Though the
hunters admit that the video interview was a fake to gain attention, they insist that the
story itself is real and that DNA and photo evidence of the creature will be presented at a
press conference in California today.
