Remember when T.V. was real, and Sesame
Street mixed education with warmth? Here's a video clip of part of
a 1977 Sesame Street episode, where Big Bird asks Buffy why
she's nursing Cody. I wonder if America would be as tainted as we
are, if we still raised children on things like this. Maybe we
should buy DVDs of television programs from the 50's through the 70's
and play some of those for our kids, with the glory of the commercials
being omitted.
Isn't YouTube glorious? I love
finding gems like this:

February 25th, 2008 Not sure why the YouTube clip above was
pulled - we weren't the YouTuber that put it up. But we did save the great clip,
