On November 2nd, 2007, one month and 25
days before her untimely death,
Benazir Bhutto gave an interview with Sir David Frost (formerly of BBC,
now working for Al-Jazeera English TV). In the interview, she said
something no one expected to hear: and that Frost himself didn't
even seem to catch. She said that Bin Laden was dead - murdered, in
fact.
In the video below from Al-Jazeera English TV, if you set the
scrollbar to 6:10, you will hear the words straight from her lips:
she names Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, aka Omar Sheikh (also known by the
alias "Mustafa Muhammed Ahmad"), as "the person who murdered Osama Bin
Laden."
Sheikh is best known for being suspected of the
2002 kidnapping and murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel
Pearl. He is currently in custody and was sentenced to death on July
15th, 2002, for the murder of Pearl.
But Osama Bin Laden?
There has been no official statement regarding the death of the man who
allegedly heads up the international terrorist group al-Qaeda, who has
been accused by the U.S. government of masterminding the attacks on
September 11th, 2001. Dead? Murdered, even?
Over
600,000 people have viewed the video on YouTube, and speculation regarding
those few words Bhutto so clearly pronounced in the interview have not
been commented on by any U.S. officials - nor Frost himself, who didn't
even seem to notice when she said this
in the interview. There have been numerous small publications on the story,
but no mass media coverage whatsoever.
On Rosie O'Donnell's website (of which we are a huge fan), a reader wrote in
to Rosie, "I want to know how the 'machine' works. How can so many
peeps see the Bhutto video (I have forwarded it everywhere)...and still
nothing? Is EVERYONE in the media corrupt?"
Rosie answered,
"She was shot in the head a month after saying it."
Well, we're not
corrupt, and we're telling you about it. We have contacted Sir David
Frost with Al-Jazeera TV on the matter and will let you know if he
responds.
Did she mean to say Daniel Pearl? Or did she
know something that we do not?
