Ben Bernanke Looks So Concerned

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke testified to the Senate Banking Committee
today that the Fed must remain "particularly alert" and look for any signs that inflation is getting out of
control. And we can tell you that Bernanke was certainly alert over the weekend: he was on
the lookout, however, for a free T-Shirt.
Bernanke and his wife Anna were at the
Washington Nationals baseball game, and a source reports that Ben was trying to catch
a free t-shirt "like a man possessed." Anna, right, sure looks like she's been living conservatively
as well. Wait, yeah...no.
You'd think the prices at the baseball game alone would
have had inflation sirens going off in Ben's head.
