Why
Wouldn't Barack Obama
Choose Hillary Clinton For VP?
Thursday, May 22nd, 2008

This is odd. The AP and TheAtlantic.com are reporting that "likely"
Democratic nominee Barack Obama is secretly shopping for
his Vice President on the DL. It could just be a rumor, but it's
being reported that Obama asked Jim Johnson, a former
Fannie Mae CEO, to start looking for potential VP's; a job which Johnson
performed in the past for John Kerry and Walter Mondale.
A
spokeperson for Barack Obama's campaign has declined to comment on the
revelation. Could Nancy Pelosi have been
right about this?
Didn't you assume that Hillary Clinton
would be Barack Obama's VP running mate, or vice versa? Why
would they go for a whole new person?
I mean, stick with what
works...they're both getting votes...sheesh. Unless there's a giant
showdown planned between the two for the Democratic Convention.
Hillary doesn't seem like she's ready to throw in the towel. Well,
good for her...she's still winning big states, so why should
she?!
