Anne Hathaway's Diaries Seized By The FBI

Anne Hathaway has had enough trouble already. She'd broken up with her boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, just a couple of months ago. That's always a bad deal. Now her personal journals have been confiscated by the FBI.

Follieri has been charged with 11 counts of money laundering and fraud and is currently being held in the Metropolitan Correctional Center.

It's rumored that Follieri thinks Anne may have set him up. He's so freaked out that he was hospitalized for a panic attack. Anne Hathaway's rep declined to comment on "false assumptions." Anne has changed all her numbers and hasn't spoken to him.

Anyways, back to the diaries. They were seized in a raid on Follieri's apartment. The thing I can't figure out is what they were doing there. I mean when you ditch a guy, you take personal stuff like that with you. Yes??
