Sgt. Alejandro A. Dominguez of San Diego, California died on June 25th in Mosul,
Iraq, from wounds suffered when his vehicle encountered an improvised explosive device (IED). He was
24 years old, and died supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Iraq War.
Sgt. Dominguez
was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment out of Fort Hood, Texas.
On his

page, Alejandro wrote that he'd like to meet comedian George Lopez. He is survived by his
wife, Brenda, his daughter Alexa, and his family. Please keep them, and Alejandro's friends and fellow
soldiers in your thoughts and prayers.
